Moonstone Shirts is yet another clothes store on the crummy part of Market Street, but maybe it isn't. Maybe someone has special moonstone powers they got from an adventure, and they are transmitting them by selling sweatshirts and jackets, giving the magic ones to the people they intuitively know need them to assist in their generous walk through life.

OK, maybe not.

But both semi-precious and precious sometimes sneak up on person. Any century at all has its equivalent of ads and proganda that say, "Value is here!" and value all the time likes the subtlety of being somewhere else.
